Bird bean is grown in the remote highlands of Chiapas, Mexico. This high quality and NOP organic coffee is produced by 300 small scale growers. The region's protected cloud forest gives life to a large number of Cotorras birds. These birds find their perfect habitat on the farms that produce this amazing coffee. Processed in micro-mills, this blend has sweet notes of chocolate, red fruit, spices, raisins, berries, and its creamy and full body.
keep fresh
keep fresh
We take freshness very seriously and we know you want the best grounds possible. Please follow the National Coffee Association for best method of coffee storage:
- Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light. To preserve your beans’ fresh roasted flavor as long as possible, keep them in the provided grounds air-tight container at room temperature. Coffee beans can be beautiful, but avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee. Keep your beans in a dark and cool location. A cabinet near the oven is often too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun.
