Coffee Clouds comes from the foggy rainforest region of Jinotega, Nicaragua. Cultivated by 20 smallholder coffee producers, this coffee conserves the traditional production techniques unique to the Cordillera Isabelia mountain range. The region's volcanic soil and a humid, tropical climate, sets it up for tremendous coffee-growing success. This blend, processed in micro-mills, has notes of baking chocolate, brown sugar, and citrus.
keep fresh
keep fresh
We take freshness very seriously and we know you want the best grounds possible. Please follow the National Coffee Association for best method of coffee storage:
- Your beans’ greatest enemies are air, moisture, heat, and light. To preserve your beans’ fresh roasted flavor as long as possible, keep them in the provided grounds air-tight container at room temperature. Coffee beans can be beautiful, but avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee. Keep your beans in a dark and cool location. A cabinet near the oven is often too warm, and so is a spot on the kitchen counter that gets strong afternoon sun.
